Your shipment will typically head your direction within 3-5 business days, via USPS. We know you’re excited to receive your products, so we do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible. We only ship within the U.S. for a $3 flat rate. Need your shipment faster? Please email us to set it up before you place your order.
SALE ITEMS/FINAL SALE: All sale/discounted items are considered FINAL SALE but we will always do our best to be fair and want you to be happy with your purchase. Feel free to email us if you have any issues.
EXCHANGES: Purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out) and then send your unwanted item back within 20 days, to receive a full refund. All unwanted items must be received within the 20 day window, as no exceptions will be made.
RETURNS: You have 20 days from the date of receipt, to return your item for a full refund. Please include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item. The returned item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of washing, wear, or damage). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately. If an item is received after the 20 day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. You will need to contact USPS directly.
CUSTOM ORDERS: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on Custom Orders but we will always do our best to make things right.
